❓ Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the U.S. (for now). International fans — hang tight, we’re working on it.

❓ How long will shipping take?

Stickers: 3–7 business days.
Mugs & other Printify products: usually 7–12 business days.
Basically: faster than your cat decides if they actually want to sit in the box you bought them.

❓ What if my order arrives damaged?

Don’t panic — send us a picture at hello@restingcatface.net within 7 days. We’ll replace it or refund you. No hiss-fits needed.

❓ Do you accept returns?

Because our products are made-to-order, we don’t accept general returns. But if something arrives broken, defective, or just not right — we’ll fix it.

❓ Will stickers survive the dishwasher / water?

Yes! They’re water-resistant and sassy-proof. (Though we still recommend hand-washing mugs for extra sass-preservation.)

❓ Can I request custom designs?

Right now, nope. We’re still herding our cats. But feel free to send ideas to hello@restingcatface.net — Queen Cat is always listening (and silently judging).
