🛍️ Resting Cat Face™ Return; Refund Policy

At Resting Cat Face™, we want you to be happy with your order (or at least as happy as Queen Cat ever looks). If something’s not right, here’s how returns and refunds work:

📦 Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Digital products (like e-planners) are non-refundable once delivered.

🔁 Return Process

  1. Email us at hello@restingcatface.net with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll review your request and send return instructions if it qualifies.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method with 5-10 business days.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (like a defective or wrong item).
